Remote Insurance Defense Attorney Needed for Firm

Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a Remote Insurance Defense Attorney to join our team. As an Insurance Defense Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in insurance defense litigation matters, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and professional liability cases.

Salary: $189,000 - $250,000 or up to $300,000 if they have a book of business

Bonus potential: 25%

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of insurance defense litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, attending court hearings, and participating in mediations and settlement negotiations.
• Prepare and present legal arguments and motions.
• Assist with trial preparation and trial attendance as needed.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals on case strategy and management.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent client service.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the State Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
