With a focus on representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice cases, this firm is dedicated to advocating for those who have suffered injuries or harm due to the negligence of healthcare providers.

As a Medical Malpractice Attorney, you will have the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, including complex medical malpractice claims. You will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing for and representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements on behalf of your clients. Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas and good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing medical malpractice law
• Strong knowledge of medical malpractice laws, regulations, and procedures
• Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills
• Proven ability to handle a high caseload and work under tight deadlines
• Outstanding negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
