As a Labor Law Attorney at this firm, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, guidance, and representation to clients on various labor and employment matters.

This law firm in Westbury has established itself as a leading expert in labor law, with a strong track record of delivering outstanding legal services to their clients. They handle a wide range of labor and employment issues, including but not limited to labor disputes, discrimination claims, wage and hour violations, and employment contract negotiations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients on labor and employment matters.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, arbitration, and litigation related to labor disputes and employment claims.
  • Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on labor and employment laws and regulations.
  • Advise clients on compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with other attorneys and support staff to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Westbury and a strong understanding of labor laws in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing labor law, with a focus on providing representation and counsel to clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor and employment laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
  • Demonstrated experience in labor negotiations, arbitration, and litigation.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
