Description
Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a Labor and Employment Attorney to join a reputable firm in Baltimore. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to work with a dynamic team of legal professionals. The role offers partial remote work flexibility, allowing for a balance between office and remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients on various labor and employment matters.
- Handle a caseload of labor and employment cases, including discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination cases, and employment contract issues.
- Research and analyze legal issues and precedents.
- Prepare legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and contracts.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and courtroom proceedings.
- Keep current with changes in labor and employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure high-quality legal services are provided to clients.
Requirements:
- Active member of the Maryland Bar in good standing.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing labor and employment law.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of labor and employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Experience representing clients in labor and employment litigation.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Requirements:
