Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a Labor and Employment Attorney to join a reputable firm in Baltimore. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to work with a dynamic team of legal professionals. The role offers partial remote work flexibility, allowing for a balance between office and remote work.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients on various labor and employment matters.
  • Handle a caseload of labor and employment cases, including discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination cases, and employment contract issues.
  • Research and analyze legal issues and precedents.
  • Prepare legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and contracts.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and courtroom proceedings.
  • Keep current with changes in labor and employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure high-quality legal services are provided to clients.

Requirements:

  • Active member of the Maryland Bar in good standing.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing labor and employment law.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of labor and employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Experience representing clients in labor and employment litigation.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of labor and employment laws and regulations.

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
