Job Description:

Williams Mullen is seeking an associate with at least 2 years’ experience in Corporate transactional matters to join our dynamic Corporate group in our Raleigh, NC office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated associate with an entrepreneurial spirit seeking a positive career trajectory, business development experience, direct client interaction, significant responsibility on complex matters, and a chance to work closely with industry-leading partners on a fast-paced team.

Job Requirements:

  • Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of significant experience with general Corporate and business transactional matters including the following: M&A, Corporate transactions, Commercial Contracts, complex contract drafting and negotiation, entity formation and capitalization.
  • A successful candidate will be meticulous with details and be able to both work effectively as part of a team while also being able to assume individual responsibility for client matters.
  • Possess a drive for excellence and willingness to take initiative to solve problems.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
  • Must be currently licensed in North Carolina or licensed in another state with a UBE score that qualifies in North Carolina for comity, or otherwise be eligible to waive in.
