Mid-Level Corporate Associate

Offit Kurman, a growing full-service Am Law 200 firm serving the private client market, is seeking an experienced Corporate Transactional attorney to join our growing Corporate Group.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of sophisticated corporate transactional experience, including M&A deals, Securities, reorganizations, financing, and corporate governance. Candidates will get direct client contact and hands-on experience with complex matters. Experience running deals is a plus.
