Corporate Capital Markets Associate

Our corporate practice group seeks a capital markets associate with 4-7 years of corporate securities and capital markets experience. Candidates must have experience working on a variety of capital markets transactions, including public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, as well as Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance matters.
