EE/CS Patent Prosecution / Associate

Polsinelli is seeking junior to mid-level associates to join our Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Patent Prosecution Practice Group. This position is open to all our firm offices, with a preference for Atlanta, Washington, DC, Houston, Denver, Kansas City or Salt Lake City. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm, engineering and industry experience and superb writing and communication skills. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience and a degree in electrical engineering or computer science. Preferred experience in either:
i. patent prosecution in either electrical engineering or software-related technologies; and/orii. data science/ AI, or networking technologies, especially network security is encouraged; and/oriii. machine learning/artificial intelligence (in addition to data science) and hardware security. Compensation: Salary will range between $210,000 - $260,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
