Litigation Associate

Overview

The Dallas, Texas office of Kaufman Dolowich, a nationally recognized AV-rated firm of 200+ attorneys across 17 offices, is seeking a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 5 years of experience practicing employment law.

KDVs Labor and Employment practice includes employment discrimination, workplace harassment, wage and hour defense, as well as traditional employment law matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Independently manage a litigation caseload by working cases from inception through resolution. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in and oversee written discovery, take and defend depositions, participate in extensive motion practice and oral arguments, as well as participate in trials.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved Law School
• Admitted in Texas (required) and Louisiana (preferred)
• A minimum of 5 years of employment or general liability litigation experience
• Outstanding research, writing and oral advocacy skills
• Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills
