Litigation Associate
Overview
The Delaware office of Kaufman Dolowich, an AV-rated firm designated one of the Best Companies to Work For among U.S. law firms by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience in commercial, corporate or professional liability. The candidate would be joining a growing, dynamic firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from inception through resolution. Handle extensive discovery practice. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports.

Qualifications
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in Delaware
- Strong discovery skills
- Outstanding research and writing skills
- Superior academic credentials
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
