Our client is a law firm with offices in the San Francisco Bay Area and Orange County.

They represent secured creditors, investors, and property owners, having a diverse and wide-ranging client base that includes credit unions, banks, investors, commercial landlords, and consumer landlords.

Having an excellent reputation and being well known in their industry, they are seeking to place a qualified candidate in either our San Rafael or Orange County office.

With a dedicated staff that works collaboratively and provides support to one another.

Requirements:

Our client is looking for an experienced litigator who has the ability to handle eviction, landlord-tenant, and lender defense cases from beginning to end. The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• At least three years of experience in handling general litigation, landlord-tenant, or lender defense litigation from the start to the trial.
• Capability to guide and support associate attorneys in trial preparation.
• In-depth knowledge and comprehension of California Civil Procedures. Desirable: Familiarity with current state and federal laws governing evictions and lender foreclosures, such as amendments to CA HOBR, Non-judicial foreclosures in accordance with Civ. Code 2924 et. seq., evictions as per CCP 1161, etc., as well as local regulations.

Salary: $170,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
