Commercial Litigation Attorney

Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. seeks a commercial litigation associate with 2-3 years’ experience. Practice areas should include sophisticated real estate related matters and a candidate with the following:

• Strong research and writing skills who is able to produce polished, professional documents
• Knowledge of New York civil procedure
• Court, motion and discovery experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and experience:
  • represent clients in complex commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation
  • handle various aspects of litigation, include drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and participating in litigation strategy

Salary range: 180k – 200k
