Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Remote Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. As a remote attorney, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while providing top-quality legal services to our clients. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on complex business disputes. They should be highly skilled in legal research and writing, as well as possess excellent oral advocacy skills. Admission to the bar and a demonstrated track record of success in commercial litigation cases are essential. This is a remote position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Salary: $189,000 - $250,000 or up to $300,000 if you have a book of business

Bonus potential: 25%

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on complex business disputes
• Strong skills in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy
• Admission to the bar is required
• Demonstrated track record of success in commercial litigation cases
• Ability to work remotely with a high level of professionalism
