Real Estate Capital Markets Associate

Job Description:

Holland & Knight is seeking an experienced associate to join the Real Estate Capital Markets practice in its New York office. The ideal candidate should possess 4-6 years of experience in commercial foreclosure, receiverships, real estate litigation, lender liability claims and familiarity with commercial finance and CMBS transactions. The candidate must have relevant transferable skills, a strong academic background and excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Bar admission in New York is required. EOE. M/F/D/V.

This position may be filled in New York, Colorado and California. In accordance with the New York State Pay Transparency Law, New York City Human Rights Law, the Colorado Equal Pay Act, and the California Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position in New York State, New York City, Colorado, and California is $310,000 - $390,000max/yr. This range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
