Our Employee Benefits Department ranks as one of the largest in the nation, focusing on the health plan, retirement plan, investment and executive compensation needs of employers, governments and multiemployer funds in more than 40 states. Our expanding Employee Benefits team has an immediate need for a staff attorney to join our Milwaukee office. We are seeking a candidate to support our qualified retirement plan practice, including the review and approval of Qualified Domestic Relations Orders, hardship distribution applications and other similar projects. This is a full-time position with a reduced hours requirement. Entry-level or experienced attorneys with superior academic credentials are encouraged to apply.
