Senior Counsel Attorney needed at San Francisco Firm

Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Counsel Attorney to join a reputable law firm in San Francisco. As a Senior Counsel, you will play a key role in providing legal advice and guidance to clients, managing complex cases, and contributing to the overall success of the firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with a focus on litigation and corporate law.

Responsibilities:

• Handling a wide range of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, intellectual property, employment, and corporate litigation
• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on complex legal matters
• Managing and overseeing all aspects of the litigation process, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, negotiations, trials, and appeals
• Collaborating and working closely with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the best possible outcome for clients
• Conducting legal research and analysis to support legal arguments and case strategy
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements
• Representing clients in court proceedings and negotiations
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with a focus on litigation and corporate law
• Admission to the California State Bar
• Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Client-focused mindset with a strong dedication to providing excellent legal services

Salary Range: $235,000 - $290,000
