Senior Corporate Attorney/Counsel/Partner

Busy Mid Atlantic corporate boutique firm with multiple BigLaw transplants seeks to add a seasoned (10 plus years) corporate attorney with deep experience in some or all of the following areas: m&a, joint ventures, IP licensing agreements, business formation, operations agreements, governance, commercial contracts, employment agreements, joint ventures, and serving as de facto outside counsel for middle market companies. NO BUSINESS REQUIRED and no pressure to generate business in the future. Also, you have the option to be FULLY REMOTE.

Firm works directly with Owners, CEO’s and CFO’s. Firm has strong work-flow and is referring work out. Applicants must have a history of job stability and if currently in-house, must have significant and recent law firm experience.

Our client offers excellent compensation, bonus eligibility, collaboration, partnership potential, and professional growth. Prefer candidates currently living in DC, MD, FL, VA, NJ, NY, PA, or FL. Firm has recently started representing clients in South Florida (high net worth individuals who own companies).

Current attorneys at this firm have come from top law firms and made the move because 1) they did not want to spend time marketing or get pressured to generate clients, 2) they wanted to build on their current book by offering flexible billing rates or 3) they wanted out of BigLaw but wanted to still do interesting and challenging work.
