Description

As a Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in various real estate matters.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, and leasing agreements
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements
• Conduct legal research and analysis in various real estate matters
• Collaborate with other attorneys to develop strategies and achieve client goals
• Participate in negotiations and mediations
• Attend court hearings and other legal proceedings as required
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate matters

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in commercial real estate, leasing, finance, purchase and sale agreements, and general real estate work involved in acquisitions and dispositions of real property.
• Experience with business law, including general counsel work for privately owned businesses and nonprofits, finance and business contracts, mergers and acquisitions, business structures and reorganizations and secured financings is highly desirable.
• Candidates must be licensed in California.
