Our client is looking for a Litigation Attorney to join their team. Our client is a law firm specializing in plaintiff personal injury cases. In this role, you will be responsible for representing clients in litigation, including conducting depositions, mediations, trials, and all other related proceedings on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities for this position include:

• Providing representation for clients in court
• Preparing and drafting legal documents on behalf of clients
• Offering advice to clients regarding negotiations and settlement
• Conducting negotiations to reach settlements in legal disputes
• Ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Experience working with personal injury cases, whether on the plaintiff or defense side
• Knowledge of a variety of legal documents
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to establish rapport with clients
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
