Antitrust Mid-Level Associate

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer is seeking highly qualified mid-level associates with law firm or US agency experience to join our award-winning US Antitrust, Competition & Trade practice in the Washington, D.C, New York, or Silicon Valley offices. Ideal candidates will have between 2 5 years of experience and excellent academic credentials.

Candidates should have transactional antitrust experience, including HSR and deal counseling, and merger investigations before the Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Justice, and other enforcement agencies. Experience with other substantive antitrust compliance counseling and agency-facing work is also desired. Candidates must exhibit excellent research and writing skills, academic performance, and an ability to multi-tasks across matters.

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer US LLP associates are compensated based on leading market rates.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $235,000 - $390,000.
