Restructuring - Mid-Level Associate

The New York office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer is seeking (2) mid-level associates for our Restructuring & Capital Solutions Practice. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of Finance experience and/or Bankruptcy experience. Freshfields Restructuring group has a wealth of experience acting for stakeholders involved in corporate restructurings or experiencing financial stress. They advise global investment funds, asset managers, banks, bondholders and other lenders on financial restructurings, both in and out of Chapter 11, and liability management transactions. The team focuses on implementing sustainable solutions and managing the diversity of stakeholder expectations from start to finish. We are looking for smart, thoughtful, motivated, and detail-oriented team players who are excited to join our growing team.

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer US LLP associates are compensated based on leading market rates. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $260,000 - $390,000.
