Seasoned Recruitment is currently partnered with a law firm seeking a skilled and experienced Labor Law Attorney to join our team. As a Labor Law Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients regarding labor and employment matters.
Our firm specializes in labor and employment law, and we have built a solid reputation for providing high-quality legal services to our clients. We handle a wide range of issues such as employment contracts, labor disputes, discrimination claims, and wage and hour violations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on labor and employment matters.
- Represent clients in negotiations, arbitration, and litigation related to labor disputes and employment claims.
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on labor and employment laws and regulations.
- Advise clients on compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing labor law.
- Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in labor negotiations, arbitration, and litigation.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Client-focused mindset and ability to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
