Nonprofit and Associations Associate

Job Description:

Whiteford is seeking a mid-level associate with 3-6 years of experience to join the firm’s Nonprofit and Associations practice.

This position may be located in any of the following Whiteford offices: Baltimore or Columbia, Maryland; Falls Church or Richmond, Virginia; Lexington, Kentucky; New York City, New York; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Washington, DC or Wilmington, Delaware.

Legal experience as it relates to representing tax-exempt organizations is strongly preferred. Additional experience with contracts, governance, corporate structures, component/affiliate relations, licensing, membership programs, and lobbying is a plus. Candidate should be admitted in jurisdiction of practice. Law firm experience is preferred. Salary range is $130,000-160,000.
