Tax Associate

Allen Matkins is seeking a tax associate with 3 - 5 years of diversified transactional tax experience. Ideal candidates will have: - Experience in partnership, real estate, and/or corporate work.- Excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.- Am Law 200 law firm experience preferred.- A high level of academic achievement.- An LL.M. is helpful but not required.- Admission to the State Bar of California. The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $225,000 to $275,000 per year. Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
