Nelson Mullins law firm is looking for a mid-level associate to join its Estate Planning & Trusts practice in the Naples, Florida office. This is a unique opportunity to have your expertise valued and join an established team at an AmLaw 100 firm!

A Day in the Life

Lawyers in the Naples office focus their practices on trusts and estates with clients that span across the state. Primarily working with our private wealth services clients, we assist in developing and implementing thoughtful plans for the transmission and protection of wealth. Our lawyers routinely represent high net worth clients and recognize that, with respect to this highly sensitive area, personalized service is key. The Naples office opened in 2021 to accomplish this goal.

We Know You

You have 3-5 years of meaningful corporate/transactional experience. You are prepared to focus your practice and are knowledgeable in the areas of tax and estate planning. With strong writing, analytical, and communications skills, you have excelled academically and have an L.L.M. in Taxation. You engage in your work with a productive and positive attitude and are a member of the Florida bar.
