Kelley Kronenberg is on the lookout for a First-Party Property Defense Litigation Attorney to enhance our team. Dive into a role that involves managing a portfolio of complex litigation cases, ranging from inception through trial or settlement, all while collaborating with seasoned legal professionals in a thriving office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the management and strategy of complex litigation cases.
• Perform comprehensive legal research and draft pivotal legal documents.
• Engage in all facets of the litigation process including depositions, court appearances, and witness preparation.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations and arbitrations.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Must be licensed to practice in Louisiana.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience in First-Party Property, General Liability, or similar fields.
• Strong skills in communication, research, and analytical thinking.
• Proficient in managing a high-volume caseload.
