The ​New York office of Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Business Tax Attorney with at least 6 years of experience. Candidates must have experience in general, broad-based business tax, including general Corporate Taxation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Partnership work, with international experience a plus. An LL.M. in Tax is preferred. Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players with outstanding academic and professional credentials. Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York. Positions outside of New York City will be subject to annual pay ranges specific to the market for that particular geographic location. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset.
