Real Estate Investments and Transactions Associate or Senior Counsel

LLP seeks an associate or senior counsel with complex commercial real estate lending experience. The Real Estate Investments and Transactions Department handles complex commercial real estate transactions nationwide, including mortgage and mezzanine lending, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, joint ventures and distressed situations across various asset classes (e.g., office, retail, industrial, life science, hospitality, multifamily, etc.). Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years' experience in representing lenders in commercial real estate lending transactions at a big law firm and excellent writing, analytical and interpersonal skills. Submission requirements include resume, law school transcript and deal sheet.

The salary range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $285,000 and a maximum of $340,000 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
