International Trade (Immigration) Practice Attorney

Seeking a practice attorney to support the Immigration Section of our International Trade Practice. Practice Attorney will have a minimum of two years of experience in business immigration. Interested candidates should have experience working on a range of employment-based immigration matters, including but not limited to H, L, E TN, and O visas; PERM labor certifications; immigrant visa petitions; adjustment of status; and consular processing. Experience developing immigration strategies, programs and processes for corporate employers to manage their foreign national workforce is preferred. Stellar organizational skills, as well as professional and academic credentials required. This position is based in person in our Dallas, Texas office.
