We are currently looking for a transactional lateral candidate, who wants to join a thriving practice in a firm that is growing and changing.

The ideal candidate will have a broad range of experience dealing in all areas of Commercial Lending. They should have the ability to represent lenders in both commercial real estate loan transactions and commercial and industrial loan transactions. The ability to represent borrowers and Real Estate owners in all areas of real estate transactions to include purchase and sale of retail, office, industrial and multi-family properties would be ideal but not mandatory.

We are looking for someone who works well in a team environment, has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and has at least 7+ years of experience and is licensed to practice in NC, or can apply by comity. There is no requirement for a portable book of business.
