Responsibilities
As a Intake Attorney, you will be tasked with reviewing initial client cases and determine if the fim with take the case. You will not be carrying a caseload, only reviewing potential client cases sent via our Intake department. This person can be remote and sit anywhere in FL or GA. Must be admitted to the FL or GA bar.
- Review intake inquiries from potential clients to determine if the firm will accept the case
- Assist in the distribution of the case to the various firm practice areas
- Conduct phone case consultations with potential new clients, and process case sign ups accordingly
- Ensure all case intake legal documents are processed, signed, and executed properly
- Assist clients with questions and concerns pertaining to their case sign-up process
- Work with department supervisors to ensure that all clients or prospective clients receive stellar customer service
- First point of client contact to review cases but will not carry caseload
Qualifications
- Admission to the Florida or Georgia Bar
- Able to use independent judgement to evaluate viability of case & whether or not the firm should accept the case
- Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume practice
- Must be organized and able to manage competing priorities
