Description

Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking an Associate Manager, Commercialization to join our team. As an Associate Manager, Commercialization, you will play a key role in driving the successful launch and execution of new products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, operations, and sales, to ensure a seamless transition from product development to commercialization.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio and stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with product development teams to define commercialization strategies and develop project plans
  • Manage the end-to-end commercialization process, including coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
  • Ensure timely and successful launch of new products and services, meeting all agreed-upon milestones and deliverables
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support the creation of marketing materials
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of launched products and make recommendations for improvements
  • Track and report on key metrics to measure the success of commercialization efforts
  • Identify and mitigate risks and obstacles that may impact the commercialization process
  • Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance commercialization processes and drive efficiencies

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercialization, product management, or related roles
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proven track record of successfully launching new products/services and meeting project timelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Experience in the food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and embrace change
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
