We are seeking a midlevel Asset Management and Investment Funds associate to join the Boston, New York or Washington D.C. office, with a preference for candidates who will be located in the Boston office . The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience with open-end (mutual) funds, closed-end funds and/or exchange traded funds (ETFs) and experience representing investment companies, investment advisers, and board members on matters arising under U.S. federal securities law, particularly the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and their related rules and regulations. We are seeking candidates that have experience in one or more of these areas, and a desire to work with a team of experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility on a variety of matters. The candidate will become part of an exciting global Asset Management and Investment Funds practice, working with a diverse range of premier global clients. Experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house experience at an asset manager is strongly preferred.

Base Compensation $310,000 - $ 390,000 / year
The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
