Fisher Phillips seeks an attorney with 5+ years of employment law and litigation experience to work primarily on administrative charges and employment litigation for the firm’s EPLI clients under the supervision of partners and alongside other attorneys and paralegals in the firm. The ideal candidate will have both employment and insurance defense experience. Since much of the work will be California-based, candidates for this position must have an active license to the California Bar.


This role is fully remote and comes with a reduced billable hours requirement. You will have the opportunity to work on interesting matters without the demands of a partnership-track position. This role does not require extensive non-billable hours or any business development expectations, allowing you more flexibility and to concentrate on what you do best – serving our clients with excellence.

The yearly salary range for this position is $130,000 – $140,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
