Mid-Level Associate: Construction Litigation

The Nashville office of Epstein Becker & Green is seeking a construction litigation attorney to work as an associate on the “Construction Team”, which is part of its Health Care & Life Sciences practice.

Candidates should have a minimum of three years of relevant experience litigating construction claims in court and arbitration settings such as those dealing with design error, work quality, delay, job cost accounting, or surety bond related disputes. EBG’s construction practice involves the representation of owners and developers across the country (the practice is not limited to the Nashville region) and includes multiple ENR Top 400 owners and publicly traded entities. Construction industry experience and technical degrees strongly preferred.

Candidates must possess strong academic credentials, have excellent communication and writing skills, have excellent drafting skills, and will work as part of a close-knit team. Juris Doctorate degree required. Admission to practice law in Tennessee is mandatory.
