2413 - M&A and Private Equity - Associate

The Boston office of Sidley Austin LLP is seeking a corporate associate with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience to join its M&A and Private Equity group. Candidates should have significant experience with private M&A, minority equity investments (investor and company-side), and general corporate representation. In addition, candidates should possess strong academic credentials and excellent communication and drafting skills, be team-oriented and capable of taking on significant drafting responsibility, leading complex diligence processes, and deal management (including managing junior associates and internal specialist teams). Candidates must be admitted (or eligible to be admitted) to practice law in Massachusetts.
