Sidley's Houston office is seeking a highly motivated debt finance lawyer with 3+ years of experience working primarily on syndicated and leveraged finance transactions with agents and lenders (commercial banks and/or direct lenders), private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers in the Energy & Infrastructure industry. Requirements include top academic credentials, strong analytical abilities, excellent client-relations skills, and experience drafting complex financing documents, managing complicated real property, UCC, and security interest issues, and supervising junior associates. The firm is open to considering candidates relocating to Houston; candidates must be admitted or eligible for admission to the Texas bar.
