Holland & Knight LLP seeks a senior corporate associate or Special Counsel with [6-8] years of M&A experience to join its dynamic M&A and private equity practice. Ideal candidates will have strong M&A skills, including experience with leading the drafting and negotiation of definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal process and client relationships, supervising junior associates and handling day to day demands on a variety of M&A related matters. Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high degree of maturity and business sense, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships. Large regional, national or international law firm experience is preferred. This position may be filled in New York City or Colorado. In accordance with the New York City Human Rights Law and the Colorado Equal Pay Act, the pay range for this position in New York City and Colorado is $370,000min - $415,000max/yr. This range is specific to these two locations and may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
