1595 - Mid-Senior Level Corporate Associate - Miami

The Miami office of Holland & Knight is seeking a mid to senior level corporate associate for our public company M&A and capital markets practice. Applicants should have at least 4-6 years of experience representing public company clients in M&A and capital market transactions, as well as in disclosure and compliance matters. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience representing public companies in M&A, public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, counseling public companies on disclosure, corporate governance, and SEC and stock exchange reporting and compliance matters, as well as preparation of Exchange Act filings, such as Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and proxy statements. Candidates can expect to handle day-to-day needs of clients and take an active role in managing client relationships. EOE. M/F/D/V.
