Senior Associate or Of Counsel – Traditional Labor

Position Summary

Our Seattle office has a unique opportunity for an experienced attorney with extensive traditional labor law experience to join the firm’s expanding practice. The position would allow the right candidate to assume a major role in traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, representation petitions, and unfair labor practice charges. Our firm can provide multiple writing, publishing and speaking opportunities.


Requirements

  • Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Washington. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
  • Candidates must have at least 5+ years of traditional labor law experience.
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.

Benefits

In accordance with the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities act, the expected base salary range for this position is between $165,000 and $200,000+. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.
