Stinson LLP seeks a highly motivated associate with two or more years of experience to join our Kansas City office. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.

Qualified candidates will have a strong and sincere interest in bankruptcy practice and possess the ability to handle sophisticated bankruptcy and creditors' rights work at a national level.

Qualifications Required: Active Missouri licensure, or the ability to waive in, is required. At least two years of bankruptcy/creditors' rights experience or relevant experience is preferred. Superior academic performance and excellent research, writing and analytical skills are required.
