Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Network Attorney with expertise in Estate Planning and Business Formation to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of estate planning, business formation, and contract law. Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice and services in estate planning and business formation.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, contracts, and business formation documents.

  • Stay updated on relevant legal developments and regulations.

Requirements:

    • Must have a valid Wisconsin state bar admission
    • Prior experience in private practice
    • Residency in the state of Wisconsin is required
    • Minimum of three years of experience in drafting estate plans
    • Proficiency in using modern technology, including Microsoft products and CRMs
    • Ability to effectively communicate virtually
    • Prior experience in business formation is highly preferred
    • Additional experience in special needs, real estate, elder law, taxation, and asset protection is a plus
    • Having multiple state bar admissions is a plus
    • Bilingual skills are a plus
