Labor & Employment Associate

Dykema's Labor & Employment practice group seeks an Associate with 1-3 years of litigation experience in Texas and federal courts for the San Antonio office. Experience in employment-related litigation is preferred, but not required. The Associate hired for this position will be expected to litigate employment-related claims, represent employers before administrative agencies and provide services to employers in employment-related matters. Candidates should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively with internal and external clients at all levels. Admission to practice in Texas is required.
