Position Details

Wyrick Robbins is seeking a junior associate with large law firm experience to join its market-leading Mergers & Acquisitions practice. The M&A group is the largest practice area in the firm and is experiencing strong growth. The firm has a collegial office environment with leading practitioners engaged in sophisticated matters at a regional and national level.

Candidates should have 1-4 years of law firm experience in corporate transactions, ideally with significant experience in M&A and private equity transactions, preferably with a large national law firm. Candidates should have extensive experience in conducting due diligence, drafting diligence reports and disclosure schedules, preparing ancillary agreements, and assisting with the deal process and closing of M&A transactions. An ideal candidate will have some experience drafting and negotiating more substantive M&A transaction documents.

NC Bar admission preferred. Outstanding undergraduate and law school academics required. Excellent written, analytical and verbal skills required. Demonstrated ambition and initiative preferred.
