Family Law Associate Attorney (Partial Remote in Irvine)

Seasoned Recruitment is currently partnered with a local law firm Located in Irvine, our client is a thriving law firm specializing in family law matters. They are currently seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney to join their team, with the option for partial remote work. Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel to reach favorable resolutions for clients.
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the legal process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in California.
• 3+ years of experience practicing family law.
• Strong knowledge of California family law codes and procedures.
• Experience representing clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and spousal support.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in using legal research and case management software.
