They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Trial Attorney to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with expertise in family law who is looking to take on challenging cases and make a meaningful impact in the lives of their clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the trial team in family law cases and serve as the primary advocate in court proceedings.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive oral arguments and written motions to the court.
• Review and analyze discovery materials, evidence, and witness statements.
• Manage all aspects of trial preparation, including witness preparation, exhibit organization, and trial strategy development.
• Effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court throughout the litigation process.
• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality.

Requirements:

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Texas.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a trial attorney, with a focus on family law.
• Extensive knowledge of family law statutes and regulations.
• Excellent oral advocacy, legal research, and writing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex cases and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional courtroom presence and persuasive communication skills.

Pay: $100,000- $120,000 per year
