Key Responsibilities:Manage a substantial caseload of complex litigation matters in the realm of construction and construction defect litigationWork in collaboration with the rest of your team to strategize and execute effective litigation plansDeliver impeccable client service through consistent communication, counsel, and legal adviceParticipate in pre-trials, trials, and hearings, representing clients skillfully and effectively

Qualifications:J.D. from an accredited law school2+ years of experience in complex litigation, with a preference for candidates well-versed in construction or construction defect litigationActive license to practice law in the State of FloridaProficiency in ATO or equivalent case management softwareExperience with billable hours, demonstrating exceptional time management skills
