Stinson LLP seeks a highly motivated associate with at least three years' experience to join our Denver, Colorado office. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.

Qualified candidates will have a strong and sincere interest in creditors' rights and commercial litigation practice and possess the ability to handle sophisticated creditors' rights work and commercial litigation at a national level.

Qualifications Required: Active Colorado licensure or the ability to waive in to practice in Colorado is required. Three or more years of bankruptcy/creditors' rights and commercial litigation experience or relevant experience is preferred. Superior academic performance and excellent research, writing and analytical skills are required.

Our associate compensation structure has two components: (1) a base salary (based on an 1850 billable hour target) and (2) a discretionary merit bonus based on performance. Depending on the experience level of the candidate, the base compensation for this role ranges between $180,000 and $220,000.
