A Day in the Life

Based in one of the nations major banking centers, Charlotte attorneys have been involved in many business, tax, and legal developments, including work with leading financial and lending institutions, public companies, product manufacturers, and healthcare operations. Located downtown, our Charlotte office overlooks a bustling metropolitan area with many attractions, including restaurants, entertainment, and nightlife.

All candidates are asked to submit a cover letter, resume, and a copy of their law school transcript.

We Know You

You have 2 or more years of meaningful real estate development and finance, and structured finance experience. You are well-versed in various aspects of commercial real estate development and lending, complex real estate structures, mezzanine finance and equity investments is preferred. You have strong writing, analytical, and communication skills. You are admitted to the state Bar of North Carolina.
