The Real Estate Investments and Transactions Group of the Corporate Department is seeking an experienced attorney to join either our Boston or New York office. Candidates must have 3 - 5 years of work experience in sophisticated national real estate transactions including joint ventures and co-investments, complex acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets, debt and equity and real estate finance. We are seeking candidates with excellent academic credentials and large law firm experience.
